Wendy Provence is a homebuilder turned Realtor®! She has been with EPM Real Estate since 2019 and has successfully built and sold infill housing within East Memphis for about 4 years. She manages her own contractors, and can build anything. She has helped buyers and sellers sell property, and is continuing to help investors, as well as herself, purchase, rehab and flip properties. Her current ventures include the acquisition of land for subdivision, and she is always looking for partners to help acquire and develop land and build new construction for our hungry Memphis retail market!
