Aaron Ivey is a hard working family man. He’s an active Boy Scout leader, avid work out fanatic, father of three sporty, artistic and brilliant children and does his best to keep up with his beautiful and energetic wife! He works hard at helping real estate investors, so that he can spend as much time as possible with his family! Aaron has been a realtor® and property manager since 2002, and the owner and principal broker of the company since 2004. In recent years, he has innovated his practice by creating 2 new divisions for EPM to include a low income division and a sales division. Aaron is blessed to have been surrounded by some amazing real estate talent! He relies on an excellent property management and sales team in order to make Enterprise Property Management, Inc amazingly responsive and innovative in the manner in which it serves investors of all kinds! Aaron challenges new investors daily to test EPM to prove to investors the value which EPM and her divisions bring to every real estate transaction!
